Kia ora in Te Ngahere we have been doing some Mahi Toi ( Art).
I had no idea what on earth we were doing until the teachers explained it so we knew what to do.
Before we started we had to practise the basic skills which were: Drawing straight lines, continuous lines, curved lines & using our elbow to move instead of using our wrist to move.
My favourite part so far is drawing over the pattern because it’s also the trickiest because the lines are quite faded.
