Kia ora Bloggers in Te Ngahere we have been doing some rocket t-shaped.
In rocket T-Shaped we have 4 stories to read and answer all these questions: What was the aim goal, what was the design process, what variables did they change and explain the relevance of Newton's Law of motion.(If you don’t know what Newton's Law is here it is Newton's law).
I found it hard in the beginning because I didn’t know what Newton's Law Of Motion was then I got the hang of it.
Have you ever done Rocket T-Shaped?
Kia ora in Te Ngahere we have been doing some rocket T-Shape to help with the Wonder Project.
With rocket T-Shaped we have stories about schools who have done experiments about rockets and have different ways of launching them. We are learning to inference.
If you don’t know what that is it is when the author shows not tell, for example: Jack clenched hi knuckles in fury, Jack was angry.
My favourite story is Blast Off because they used alka-seltzer tablets and water to blast across the finish line.
I really enjoy doing T-Shaped because i'm getting more confident in doing it.
Have you ever done T-Shaped?
Kia ora in Te Ngahere we have been doing T-Shaped about stories that show not tell and that's called inference. This is an example, Tom clenched his fists in frustration, The author is showing his is angry.
I really enjoyed doing this activity because I love doing T-Shaped I found it easy to do most of the answers.
Do you like doing T-Shaped?
First we would have to make a script (The movie has to go for 5 or more minutes)
In my group it is Zac, Shay, Mikaire and myself. We are doing ours about Nut (Me) and Noah
It was easy to think of an idea. It will be hard to film the places. The waffle parlour will be the hardest bit to film. Here is our script so far.
(Mikaire) escape prison and are on the run when two police men come after them.
The police are Greg (Zac) and Jeff (Shay).
This is some of the script we have done.
“Breakfast everyone” Says Greg
“What, Cold baked beans.” They say.
“How’d ya guess.”
“We have cold baked beans everyday” Says Nut
“Can we have Waffles for a treat” Says Noah.
